CANCELLATION POLICY

Hello clients! Starting immediately, I am now implementing a cancellation policy! As I do understand that life happens and emergencies, I do have clients that are wanting to get in and cannot do so if there is already an appointment in place. A 24hour notice is required before any cancellations. If a cancellation is done before the 24hours you are all set! Within the 24hours a cancellation is done, 30% of your service with be requested. . . Venmo or Zelle will be the forms of payment for fees. At your next appointment your card on file will automatically be placed(everything is confidential). If you do not wish to have your card on file, other payment options such as Zelle and Venmo will be accepted. . . If the cancellation fee is not submitted, when booking your next appointment a 30% of your service is required. . . If you have no-showed for your appointment, a $50 non-refundable no show fee will be required to book your next appointment. If for some reason that payment is not received and you are seen for your appointment, that $50 will be added to your checkout ticket. . . . As I know these are difficult times, I still have clients to be seems and try to keep my schedule full as possible to fit everyone’s needs.
